Observation
of Surface Ozone
Instrument: UV Photometer Ebara Jitsugyo Co., Ltd. EG-2001F
Data Processing: 10-minute data are calculated with 20-second sampling
data. Hourly data are calculated with 10-minute data.
Surface Ozone Data
Tsukuba surface ozone data since August 1998 can be accessed

Observation
of the Lower Atmosphere using a Tethered Balloon
A radiosonde attached to a tethered balloon is used to observe
temperature, humidity, pressure, and wind direction/speed to a height of
approximately 1,500 meters from the ground. The collected data are used
to study the lower atmosphere. This division is also responsible for testing
and improving the equipment used for lower aerological observation.
